Line Cook

Compensation Range: $14.00 to $17.00 / Hour


Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook dishes which follow the recipes and standards of Tres Fest
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of the food are consistent and meet the expectations of the guests and the chef
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, which follows the health and safety regulations
  • Work as a team player with the other line cooks, sous chefs, and servers
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with the kitchen staff and the front of the house staff
  • Checking for freshness and quality of food and products, and reporting issues to the chef

Responsibilities:

As a line cook for Tres Fest, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to the chef's specifications. You will also ensure that the kitchen is clean, organized and compliant with food safety standards. You will work closely with other cooks, sous chefs and servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will need to have previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, a passion for culinary excellence and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques. You will also need to be able to work under pressure, multitask and communicate effectively with your team.
