Job Description:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly smile
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements
• Providing menus and informing guests of any specials
• Communicating with the servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Handling any complaints or requests from guests in a polite and proffesional manner
• Collecting feedback from guests and reporting any issues or suggestions to the manager
• Thanking guests for their visit and inviting them to return

Responsibilities:

As a hostess at Tres Fest, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, answer phone calls, and assist the service staff as needed. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for fine dining. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and follow the restaurant's policies and procedures. Some of these policies and procedures include: adhering to the dress code, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest complaints, and communicating effectively with the management team.
