A general manager at Tres Fest is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the staff provides excellent service and quality food, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The general manager also handles the financial aspects of the restaurant, such as budgeting, payroll, inventory, and accounting. The general manager works closely with the executive chef, the sommelier, and the marketing team to create and promote a unique dining experience for the guests. The general manager is also in charge of hiring, training, and evaluating the staff, as well as resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
