Compensation Range: $12.00 to $15.00 / Hour


Job Description:

  • Greeting and seating guests, taking their orders and providing them with menus and wine lists
  • Communication with the kitchen staff and the sommelier to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
  • Checking on the guests throughout their meal, refilling their glasses, cleaning their plates, and offering them dessert
  • Handling any special requests, dietary restrictions, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Processing payments, issuing reciepts, and thanking the guests for their visit
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area, following the hygiene and safety standards
  • Working as a team with your colleagues and managers, following Tres Fest's policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

As a server at Tres Fest, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fine dining setting. You will greet and seat guests, take and deliver orders, suggest menu items and wine pairings, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also handle payments, clear and reset tables, and assist other staff members as needed. You must have excellent communication, social, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for food and hospitality. You must also have a professional appearance and demeanor, and adhere to the restaurant's dress code and hygiene standards. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and cope with stress. You must have at least two years of experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant, and a valid food handler's certificate. You must be available to work flexible shifts.
